We employ a session cookie to maintain user login status during Service usage. This cookie is required for proper Service functionality and is automatically removed upon logout or browser closure.

Browser local storage stores application preferences such as UI settings. This information remains on the user's device and is not sent to our servers.
Third-party cookies
The support widget (HelpScout Beacon) may establish cookies on the .helpscout.net domain. These are managed by HelpScout independently. Additional information is available through HelpScout's cookie policy.
Tracking cookies
The Services do not employ advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
Users can configure their browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking the session cookie will prevent Service access.
