By using TrialTrack, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TrialTrack to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Our Commitment to Confidentiality

We treat all data you store in TrialTrack as confidential. All Mayet employees and contractors are bound by non-disclosure obligations covering your data. We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service. On request, we can provide a signed confidentiality agreement in PDF format.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to TrialTrack. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

You may request deletion of all your data at any time through your account settings. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Service Availability

We aim to keep TrialTrack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Geographic Restrictions

TrialTrack is not available in the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russian Federation, and Syria.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TrialTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for determining whether TrialTrack is appropriate for your use case.

We are actively working toward full regulatory compliance and will publish details when this is achieved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of TrialTrack.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using TrialTrack at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
